Rates-when do they change for each season?
The rates change for the Autumn and Winter seasons. The Autumn season rates are in effect from September 29, 2009 to October 27, 2009. The winter Season rates are in effect from November 27, 2009 to March 20, 2010. For all other times of the year, we quote our Spring and Summer rates.

AAA Discounts?
The rates quoted on this site are our AAA rate. We prefer to offer all our guests the same affordable rates.

Any other discounts?
10% Multiple Night Discount – We offer multiple-night discounts during non-holiday midweek periods. If you stay five consecutive nights, Monday through Thursday (non-holiday) ask for this discount when making your reservations.

(ski slopes open at 9:00)

Ski Season, Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 to 9:30
(ski slopes open at 9:00)

Other Seasons: Every Morning 8:00 to 9:30am

Cell phones?
Some cell phones do not receive signals due to our mountain location.

Children Accepted?
The Inn has 3 rooms that can accommodate a family of three by adding a rollaway cot or crib. A family of four or five will have to reserve two rooms.

Front Desk Hours?
Front desk hours are 8:00am – 9:30pm daily. The onsite Innkeepers are always accessible after hours by calling their room phone (516) 734-4692.

Gratuities?
Gratuities are not included in the room rates and are left up to your discretion. You may leave housekeeping gratuities in your guestroom and breakfast gratuities at your breakfast table.

Internet Access?
The Inn has Wi-Fi accesses.

Items left at the Inn?
Check your room carefully for all belongings before checking out. Forgotten items will only be mailed back if you call within 2 weeks of your departure date. Their postage can be charged to your Visa or MasterCard number with a $5 minimum fee.

Parking?
The Inn’s parking lot provides ample free parking – in front of the house, in the driveway next to the gallery, or in back of the Inn.

Weddings?
Beds On Clouds can accommodate wedding groups in the months of May and June. There are a number of area restaurants for wedding receptions. Ask us how Beds On Clouds can become a venue.
